Hello, and welcome to my blog. Here, I will document my journey in the senior engineering capstone class; whether that be English assignments, physics work, or engineering projects. I arrived in this class following a summer filled with laughter, exercise, and growth. Primarily, I spent 60+ hours volunteering at learn to row and novice camps at the UCLA Marina Aquatic Center. I was able to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport while concurrently operating within a team of coaches. After volunteering, I attended my own practices; spending anywhere from 2-6 hours on the water each day. My remaining free time was spent swimming in the ocean, reading, and laughing with my friends. Most notably, I attended two nights of Taylor's Swift Eras Tour. It was especially special to experience the concert with friends who i've had T.S. dance parties with since Kindergarten.
Coming back to school, I'm particularly excited about the senior capstone class. I consider myself to be a good team player, and believe I thrive in group settings. Therefore, it's exciting to be in a class that primarily focuses on collaboration. I'm hoping to enrich my engineering knowledge, and venture into foreign topics. In addition, I'm aiming to grow as both a student and a person in my newfound role as a senior.
